2. SMS Text Alert Service
BC Modernization Text Alert Program: By subscribing, you agree to receive automated text messages at the phone number provided, including property management notifications such as maintenance updates, vendor scheduling confirmations, and walk-through appointment reminders.
- Message frequency: Varies based on your account activity and property management events.
- Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan.
- To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- For help: Reply HELP to any message, or email us at hello@bcmodernization.org.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Double Opt-In
We use a two-step verification process for our text alert program. After submitting your email and phone number, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription is not active until you click the verification link in that email. This ensures that only you can subscribe your phone number to our messages.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide a phone number that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
- Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
